Privacy Policy

STRONG is a strength training app operated by lab1.bio ("we"). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and the choices you have.

Data that stays on your phone

Progress photos, body weight and cycle settings (last period start, cycle length, energy answers) are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or shared with anyone. Signing out or deleting the app deletes them.

Data we collect

Account: your email address and name, provided when you sign in with Apple or Google. Training: your program, chosen training days, onboarding answers and the workouts and sets you log, so your plan works across devices. Purchases: your subscription status, provided by Apple or Google through our payment partner RevenueCat. Questions you send to the coach in the app. Usage and diagnostics: which features you use and crash reports, to improve the app.

How we use it

To provide the app and your training plan, sync your progress, manage your subscription, answer your questions, fix errors and improve the app. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or tracking across other apps.

Service providers

Hetzner (servers in the EU), RevenueCat (subscriptions), PostHog (product analytics and crash reports), Apple and Google (sign-in and payments). They process data only on our behalf.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings, which deletes your account data from our servers. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Brazil's LGPD) you have further rights; contact us at support@strong-app.com.

Retention

We keep account and training data while your account exists and delete it when you delete your account, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example for purchases).

Children

STRONG is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
