Delete your account

How to delete your STRONG (Strong by Ana) account and the data that belongs to it.

In the app

Open STRONG and go to Settings → Delete account. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@strong-app.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete account”. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account (email and name), your program, your onboarding answers, your logged workouts and sets, and the questions you sent from the app.

What is kept

Purchase records that Google, Apple and our payments provider RevenueCat must keep by law. Progress photos, body weight and cycle data never leave your phone: they're removed when you delete the app.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
